I found out today (or rather, it was confirmed) that someone I've worked fairly closely with at one of our partners for the last couple of years is moving on.
It's always a shame when that happens and it occurs with almost alarming regularity, especially when you invest a lot of time in building good relationships and maintaining them. However in this case, it seems that he's moving to one of our other partners - it's such a small industry :)
