I've finally got my Blackberry 8700 replacement from the Carphone Warehouse - which took almost 3 weeks to sort, they aren't a company I'd really recommend to be fair...
Still, it's here now and with no USA trips looming, I will have to ensure I look after it. I'm also going to keep the old Blackberry and maybe take that abroad instead of the nice new one, just in case!
