I've also decided that post Team17 party on Friday night, I'm going to give it a bash and getting back on the "diabetic diet" I had earlier on in the year. I know I've slipped off course lately and probably not been doing myself too good. I've just been a bit high on life really and it never takes too much for me to get carried away.
Here's hoping I can pull it off !
