So, Hayseed Dixie's last UK gig on their six year unplanned tour of the UK ended at Leeds Met last night and I was there. There was no-doubting their skill in terms of converting the likes of Motorhead, Led Zeppelin and AC/DC to bluegrass but I'd have liked to hear more than the token 3 AC/DC tracks rather than just Whole Lotta Rosie, Highway to Hell and You Shook Me All Night Long. They did a few tracks of their own, which were ok but I was hoping for Dirty Deeds, Highway to Hell and Hells Bells etc.
Prior to that it was beers on Park Row and then a curry at Akbars - afterwards, yep, Mojo. Not sure what happened to Bry Reynolds and Legs Zeppelin either.
