Having finally got my mother into cyber-space and left her alone for the first time, it wasn't too long before I got the first call;
"I'm not sure what I've done. There are things flashing everywhere and the background looks like it's been carpeted. It's covered in ridges!"
Apparently she had been on the net and got a page up long enough to see some birds (not the kind of birds I'd see on the net, btw) and also a picture of some plants. It'll be a day or two before I get chance to see what she's been doing, but she'll get there eventually.
