There I was, in the last minute of the England-Sweden last group game, after watching us re-take the lead again at 2-1, despite weathering a right old storm for a while... texting Sten (Svadge) to shut up about the 38yrs we haven't managed to beat Sweden... and they bloody equalise.
Bugger.
Anyway, it was a half-decent game, usual tense/nervy second half - but it wouldn't be England if it was otherwise. We have won the group and aren't playing Germany just yet, so I guess we'll settle for that. Roll on Ecuador on Sunday.
And it's amazing how a bit of Gin makes you feel better.
