As per usual, I'm really struggling to get back to a normal sleep pattern on returning from the USA. I've not been so bad during the day, but have started to fade about half-four in the afternoon and end up asleep by half-five, waking up around 10pm for something to eat.
I'm hoping to try and get my head down shortly (it's past 2am) since I've got to drive to Liverpool tomorrow and I'd prefer a clear head. I'm also driving to London & Windsor at the weekend, so I need to get it all out of my system.
It's still very humid here in the UK and that's not helping sleeping either.
One plus point is that my new registration is finally on my car :-)
