Off sick

Woke up this AM feeling like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards. Am not sure what's up and feel dead rough, horrible fuzzy headache and no energy at all - not even a double expresso could pick me up. Hoping to feel better later since there's a ton of stuff to chase up at work.

I've also cancelled a trip up to Newcastle on Wednesday/Thursday too, so should be around the studio most of the week.
