I'm just about recovered from a couple of days over in Amsterdam with Bryan and the people at Casual Game Connect. Its fair to say that I perhaps over-did it on the drinking side and have spent much of this weekend on the brink - thankfully I'm on the mend now and actually seriously considering going on the wagon.
Amsterdam was good, spent some time in "Louie's" the smallest bar on the dam square, which was next to "Chipsy King" one of the better pun-related shops I've seen. Made some new friends (a trekking chef called Paul, some Northern Irish folks and assorted others) and most likely pissed a few others off with some amiable abuse.
Big week ahead, its off to GDC next week in San Francisco.
