Giving E3 a miss.

For the first time in a few years, I'm giving E3 a miss this year. E3 is the annual expo in LA, where the publishers go to wave their appendages and talk turkey with retail. Normally i'd go, but with our trip to Seattle the following week, I couldn't really find the energy to do that AND E3, which we did last year, even if E3 was just a scaled down edition of its usual self. 

Obviously not everything is as straight forward as that and we're flying to Seattle via Vancouver, driving the couple of hours into nearby Washington state and then hooking up with some friends from Radical prior to flying back.

One thing that has stunned me is the cost of the flights this time around, even coach class (I rarely travel anything else) - its pretty pricey. The trip should be good though, as we unveil our 2 new digital titles for next year to selected favoured parties :)
