It's all hush now on Worms as we work through the final stages. Threads are now closed on the T17 forum, who knows when we'll re-open them...
I fly to the USA on Sunday to CES in Las Vegas, I'm still quite tired so I'm not sure I'll enjoy it as much as last time - and pretty much will be involved trawling around a show rather than being sat talking in a design summit. I'm going there with Kev (Chesh) one of our aspiring young designers and I'm sure we'll eek out a good time somewhere in a quiet city like that.
We've got a long day on Sunday, up at 5am, drive then long flight - then a whole afternoon/evening's events, which means we'll be on the go 24hrs and beyond - I just hope we don't nod off during the keynote speech.
And before I go, I'm going to make sure I've got the bloody metal shield for Zelda...

Y'know, the first thing I did before I ventured into Goron Mountain was buy that shield, purely because It Was There. That said I'm a bit of a magpie in Zelda games, collecting rupees all over the place and not wanting to spend them unless I absolutely have to.
Have fun in Vegas. I've never been, but I hear it's a bit one of a one horse town - very sedate, very lifeless.
I'm regretting not getting the shield, but there was no real indication it was needed at that stage - I had plenty of money which I assumed was for something important (and I didn't known about a 300 rupee limit).
I think it's the 5th, maybe 6th time I've been to Vegas and I love it - but only for 3-4 nights at a time, it gets too much after a while.
The important bits of gear in Zelda games usually cost no more than 100 rupees. Except for that shield. I think it was 200.
Ah, I remember why I bought it now - I burnt my shield at some point before going to the mountain, and I wanted to see if I could buy a new one. Lo and behold, Hylian Shield.
